Sasha Kaun
As a former college and professional basketball player, Sasha brings an elite understanding of what it takes to develop players and build winning teams. He serves as director of both the boys and girls basketball programs at ESA.
Aubin Goporo
Aubin has built one of the most impressive coaching resumes in the sport — six state finals appearances, over 40 players developed to the Division I level, and experience at both the collegiate and professional levels. His approach to player development is simply among the best.
Troy Norfzinger
Troy has a deep knowledge of the game, especially when it comes to middle school athletes. What sets him apart is his poise, compassion, and calm presence on the court — he has a gift for breaking the game down in a way players truly understand.
Justice Bauman
Justice brings an energy that players feed off immediately. A favorite among both players and parents, he has proven to be an outstanding coach across all age groups — enthusiastic, relatable, and genuinely invested in every athlete he works with.
Ali Meyers
Ali combines her experience as a player and a high school coach to give her athletes an edge that goes beyond drills. She excels at working with girls teams and has a strong command of the fundamentals that young players need to keep improving.
