2026 Track and Field

Season DETAILS

What’s new this season:


Flexible weekly sign-ups This year, families will be able to sign up on a weekly basis (typically by the week prior), so athletes can participate without committing to the entire season. Our goal is to make the program more accessible and adaptable to busy schedules.


Program schedule:


    Tuesdays: 6:00 - 7:30 PM

    Saturdays: 9:00–10:30 AM


Athletes are welcome to attend one or both sessions each week.


Program dates:


    The program will begin on April 4th and and on June 30th.


Training focus:


    This season, we will place an increased emphasis on agility, coordination, and overall athletic development, while continuing to offer track-specific training in sprinting, jumping, and speed mechanics. This approach supports both track performance and overall athletic growth across sports.
